I've learned…

IF SOMEONE OPENS UP TO YOU, IT MEANS THEY FEEL SAFE. When a friend overshares with you, it means they trust you enough to open up about their deepest thoughts and feelings, knowing it's a safe space, there's no judgment. It's a bond built on trust, comfort and genuine understanding. Cherish that connection because it's rare and beautiful.

My favorite kind of friendship is when we both understand that we have our own lives, so we might not always be in touch or see each other. But when we do catch up it's like we never stopped talking.

I've noticed that sometimes when I post, there's a bit of hush-hush, as if my words are directed toward someone in particular. In truth, my reflections come from many experiences—both my own and those of the people around me. I relate strongly, I observe deeply, and I share thoughts that resonate with me. If something speaks to you, I hope it does so in a way that encourages reflection rather than assumptions.
